Privacy & notifications

This event guide is operated by WAX. For enquiries, contact events@waxgroup.co.uk.

Browsing this guide

You can browse the guide without creating an account. Your browser may save public event pages and assets for offline access. Live information requires an internet connection and saved information may be out of date.

Phone notifications

Phone notifications are optional. If you enable them, this website stores your browser’s push subscription address and encryption keys so WAX can send event announcements, offers and timing changes. No name or email address is needed to subscribe. Your browser’s push service, operated by companies such as Apple, Google or Mozilla, relays these messages to your device.

You can turn phone alerts off in this guide or in your browser settings. Turning them off in the guide removes the subscription from this website. Expired subscriptions are removed when delivery fails; subscriptions not refreshed by a visit to the guide for 90 days are also removed. Completed delivery records are kept for up to 30 days. Short-lived, hashed connection identifiers help limit spam requests.

Tickets

Ticket purchases and account access take place on WAX Events under the WAX privacy policy.

Sponsorship enquiries

If you submit a sponsorship enquiry, WAX stores your business name, email address, package of interest, optional website and message to discuss sponsorship. Your contact details stay private. Public enquiries do not accept file attachments; artwork is arranged during follow-up. Approved business names, logos and website links may appear in the sponsor section. Contact events@waxgroup.co.uk to ask about your enquiry or request removal. A short-lived, hashed connection identifier is used to limit spam submissions.

Saved preferences and form recovery

Saved trader favourites are stored in this browser until you clear them. The selected trader filter is remembered for this browsing session. These preferences are not sent to WAX.

If a sponsorship form needs correction, an essential cookie links your browser to a temporary copy of the text fields for up to ten minutes. The temporary copy is deleted when the form is displayed again. The recovery cookie cannot be read by website scripts.
